To open an account on kxu8, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false details will result in account closure, and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
Each person may hold only one account. kxu8's system automatically detects any attempt to create multiple accounts. If detected, all accounts will be closed simultaneously.
Your account password and login credentials are strictly personal. Sharing them with anyone, or renting or selling your account, is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate on kxu8. If a minor's account is reported or suspected, kxu8 will suspend that account immediately.
If a minor creates an account without an adult's consent and this is discovered, all transactions will be voided and the balance will be withdrawn.
